An Air France flight inbound from Lyon (LYS) has declared an emergency whilst approaching Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).
Air France flight AF1767, an Airbus A319-100, declared the emergency with squawk code 7700 while on descent into Paris earlier today.

Flight AF1767 was established in the descent for Paris, passing through flight level FL220 when the emergency was declared. Flight crew squawked transponder code 7700 at 0027 UTC.
The nature of the emergency is not yet known.

Having declared an emergency whilst on descent into Paris earlier this morning, flight AF1767 has now landed runway 09R Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). The aircraft has now exited the active runway and taxied to the gate.

The flight shows a departure time of 0152 local time. The service’s scheduled departure time listed as for 2350 local time.
Following departure from Lyon, the flight had set course normally from Paris, climbing to flight level FL270 for the northerly regional service.
Top of descent procedures were conducted normally, and flight crew declared the emergency whilst established in the descent for the destination.
The aircraft conducting this morning’s AF1767 rotation from Lyon was an Airbus A319-100, registered F-GRHZ. This is a 23.7 year old narrow body aircraft belonging to the national carrier Air France.
It has been in operational service with the airline since its initial delivery from the factory in November 2001.
