Antonio Brown Faces Felony Firearm Charge
On June 11, a Miami-Dade County judge signed a warrant for the 36-year-old’s arrest, charging him with attempted murder with a firearm. According to Fox Newsthe warrant has assigned his bond at a hefty $10,000, with house arrest ordered until his trial begins.
No word yet on whether Brown has lawyered up, nor has he publicly reacted to reports of a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Detectives Claim They Have Video Footage Of The Shooting
The evidence is piling up, and it’s not looking good. Miami police detectives got their hands on video footage showing Brown allegedly throwing punches at another man. It’s unclear which video footage detectives have obtained, but in one viral clip from the incident shared online, Brown can be seen fighting off multiple people.
Shortly after, he disappears from the frame as two gunshots are heard in the distance. The warrant claims Antonio Brown swiped a security guard’s gun and went after the guy he had been fighting. Additionally, cellphone footage allegedly captures him closing in as the victim ducked for cover. The man told cops Brown allegedly fired twice and possibly grazed his neck, per CBS News. He was treated at a hospital before identifying the former athlete in surveillance footage.

Antonio Brown Claimed People Were After His Jewelry
Around midnight, cops responded to calls of gunfire at Ross’ star-studded event. Witnesses pointed the finger at Brown as the shooter after the brawl broke out. Brown was detained, during which time cops performed a search on him. While they didn’t find a weapon on him, they did find an empty holster and two spent shell casings nearby.
Brown was detained but cut loose that night. He took to X shortly after, claiming he was “jumped” by a crew trying to snatch his jewelry, posting, “I was jumped by multiple individuals who tried to steal my jewelry and cause physical harm to me.” With video evidence contradicting his claims, Brown will have to answer for some serious allegations when the case goes to trial. An official date remains pending.
