A new specialist entity focused on pharmaceutical air logistics has launched with the backing of major clients and the ambition to set new benchmarks for handling temperature-sensitive shipments.
Healthc’Air, led by pharma logistics expert Yulia Celetaria, has officially opened its doors with a service model designed to tackle key operational, regulatory and sustainability challenges in the sector.
At launch, Healthc’Air announced ECS Group and GLOBAL GSA as founding clients – two prominent players in air cargo services. The company has already attracted interest from over a dozen airlines seeking to enhance or build their pharmaceutical product offering.
Healthc’Air offers a modular framework of services structured around three levels – Launch, Advanced and Trust – allowing airlines to select tailored support depending on their needs.
These range from consultancy and auditing to full shipment management, training, certification support, and the integration of digital and AI tools. Several of these models will be trialled during 2025 in response to evolving customer demands.
Celetaria, who serves as global director pharma, said: “Our ambition at Healthc’Air is to go beyond current industry standards. We aim to build, hand in hand with our clients, solutions that combine operational excellence, digital innovation and sustainable commitment. By listening closely to real market needs and bringing together top experts, we will sustainably transform pharmaceutical air logistics.”
The company positions itself as a strategic partner for airlines and GSAs looking to develop or strengthen their pharmaceutical cargo capabilities. A key element of its approach is sustainability, with a focus on enabling the ecological transition of pharma supply chains through ‘green logistics’ strategies.
Healthc’Air brings together a global team of pharma ambassadors and operational excellence specialists supported by a network of strategic partners. The company’s stated goal is to fill a longstanding gap in the market – offering expert guidance on regulatory complexity, risk management, process alignment, and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical logistics space.
