Whoa! We’re on the brink of what a LOT of people have been waiting for in the Diddy sex trafficking trial. The first major hints at other celebrities being involved in the “freak offs”!
Diddy’s most recent ex took the stand once again on Thursday. Jane Doe (the name she’s using to protect her identity) has already testified about how she got involved in Diddy’s sexual escapades. She adored him and happily agreed to the first one — not realizing these “hotel nights” were all he actually wanted from her. It basically replaced their sex life, she said — there was always a male escort involved now. And it broke her heart. But she kept doing it, though she often was given drugs to get through.
But thus far she only spoke about these hotel nights as something between Combs, herself, and the male escort du jour. Who else took part??

Jane testified Thursday, per CNNthat she and Diddy flew to Las Vegas on the private jet of a very famous rapper. The rapper was NOT named — more on that later — but she said he and Combs were close, old friends even. A male escort named Antoinewho was a regular at their hotel nights, was along for the ride. And she said the rapper and his significant other REGULARLY traveled with Antoine — the implication being they hired him as an “entertainer” just like Diddy did! WHOA!

Jane said she was a “little bit” surprised to see Antoine at a birthday dinner for the rapper’s partner — which makes sense to us, that’s a little intimate for an escort just hired for special occasions, right?
The first night in Vegas, Jane claimed, seven or eight people were gathered around a hotel room watching Antoine have sex with a woman. (It was not stated whether the female performer was also an escort.) That includes the famous rapper and his girl? Damn!
This couple gave the sense of having an open relationship. The rapper, whom Jane only knew “from afar” approached her that night, she said, and hit on her:
“He said something like he thought I was beautiful and always wanted to ‘blank’ me.”
A cheater? Or maybe something else… Later, she said, the rapper and his partner together asked her if she knew “anybody else in the lifestyle.” She reached out to another “entertainer” she and Diddy had used named Sly — because “at the time I thought (Sly) was a safe person to recommend.”
When the defense asked why the couple approached her about something like this, she said she assumed they knew from Diddy about what they did — presumably because they were into the same type of activities. Though she admitted it’s possible they “just picked up that energy from me.” She just looks like someone into orgies? That would be a stretch — we’d definitely lean toward the former.
The Rapper’s Identity
OK, so why isn’t Jane able to just say the name of this rapper and his girlfriend? That’s actually a point of contention in the court.
Diddy’s legal team argued Thursday morning the need to keep everything public — including the names. They said public proceedings can sometimes lead members of the public who hear about the testimony to come forward with information that helps get to the truth. Hmm. Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo argued the names of the rapper and others in the hotel room, for instance, should be made public.
Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey argued that naming those individuals could be a way to “harass and intimidate” Jane. Is this the defense’s sneaky way of trying to out Jane’s real name? By naming enough people who’d know who she was? Double hmm.
Judge Arun Subramanian ultimately stood by his previous ruling, barring the disclosure of the names. He noted this particular night at the hotel was not part of the government’s sex trafficking case.
So… this doesn’t count as a freak off? Or the feds just don’t have enough evidence about whether the participants were drugged or coerced in this instance? Clearly they’ve been driving at showing Jane and Cassie both felt intimidated by Diddy as they continued performing at these freak offs. They also were given drugs. Since neither of them was involved in this particular event, we guess it’s just not something they’re trying to prove.
That means this famous rapper’s identity will remain secret though. Is that in Jane’s best interest? Maybe. Is it in the public’s? To decide for themselves about whether to trust them from here on out?
