New Emirates First raises first -class experience with luxurious design and personalized services
Emirates has inaugurated a new exclusive check-in area for first-class passengers and Platinum Skywards members at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, called Emirates First.
The modernized space reinforces Emirates’s strategy to raise the pattern of experience for premium passengers, competing with rivals from the Middle East and strong global presence. The service even meets flights to São Paulo International Airport (GRU).
The Emirates First space, visually inspired by Emirates’ high standard lounges, eliminates digital screens and adopts smooth lighting, leather and marble furniture, as well as natural elements such as plants and an illuminated GHAF tree, national symbol of the Arab Emirates.
The new structure allows check-in to be done directly by tablets, while passengers relax. Family members can also wait in reserved areas, with the option of a single member to check the group. Alternatively, marble -finished counters and exclusive treadmills for luggage dispatch are available. The process goes on security and immigration control with direct access to one of the three Emirates First lounges at the terminal.
Lounges offer a La Carte, free spa, work spaces, children’s areas and concierge service for duty free shopping. The boarding is also preceded by the Chauffeur Drive service, door -to -door transport, consolidating Emirates’s proposal to provide a fluid and sophisticated journey to high -income customers.
The reopening of Emirates First is part of a broader cycle of investments in the premium segment. In May, Emirates had already announced improvements in the first class onboard service, including exclusive caviar utensils, handcrafted cheese boards and new gastronomy presentation on board. The declared goal of the company is to maintain excellence at all contact points of the Fly Better experience.
