Few models have the legacy and everyday utility of the Cessna 172, and this early C model offers classic Skyhawk flying with a number of practical upgrades. With low engine time, modern monitoring, and a clean overall appearance, this vintage four-seater is well-suited for private owners looking for dependable cross-country travel or economical time building.

The avionics stack features dual TKM MX-300 nav/comm units, supported by a King KT76A Mode C transponder and King KGX 150T ADS-B Out. A King KN 62 DME adds capability for IFR navigation, while engine and fuel performance are tracked through a JPI EDM 700 monitor and Fuel Scan 450. An AOA indicator and OMI audio panel with marker beacon round out the panel.

A Cleveland brakes STC improves stopping power, and the aircraft has received a conversion from the original generator to an alternator system. Factory wheel fairings are included, though not currently installed. ELT and annual inspections are current through August 2025.

Inside the cabin, pilots and passengers will find leather seats with beige cloth inserts and new shoulder harnesses and seat belts. Exterior paint received its last update in 2013 and presents well in white with dark metallic blue and silver accents.

This 172C has a 42-gallon fuel capacity and offers a useful load of 858 pounds. It is a great match for weekend flying, instrument training, or building hours toward advanced certificates.
