Low-Cost carrier Vietjet Thailand is set to introduce an IFE system.
The VietJet subsidiary will fit the Bluebox Wow system on 18 Airbus narrowbody aircraft, with plans to expand to the incoming Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. It will be the first time that the carrier has operated screen-based IFE, which will be supported by advertising from Bright Sky Media.

“We are always looking for innovative ways to delight our customers and add value while retaining our low-cost service. Adding this superb capability from Bluebox across our fleet will ensure every customer experiences even more benefits of travelling with Vietjet Thailand,” said Mr. Pinyot Pibulsonggram, Vice President of Commercial and Customer Service at Vietjet Thailand.
The Blueview software platform provides a portal through which in addition to IFE content can provide secure payment processing, connect with crew and passenger applications already on the aircraft, as well as deliver usage analytics.
